Thread: aahh a little get away

well been back and forth doing some fishing and shooting in PA the last couple weeks , actually only cam back to grab one of my boys for his first PA adventure ..

fished hard to get him a trout with no luck so i hiked him about half mile in the woods to get him a native brook trout as his first !! well we put up some grouse , saw some turkey but the highlight was that he caught his first trout out of the same hole in the creek that i caught my first 23 years ago !! i hope he remembers that day as i did my first and hisfirst !

and he just LOVES the glock42

this is where we stay ... not sure of the age but i think this at one time was kinda a booming area from about 1870-1904 .. it was a acetone factory .. the X was a drainage for the waste ! over the years and until about 10-15 years ago was a bubbling tar pit that would leak into the river system .. the arrow is the house we stay in and is one of the original homes there that was provided by the company to its president and other management ...

aahh we get to play with all kinds of toys !!

honestly though this is my 7yr old ! he has mastered my highly stressed safety factors around firearms and is so much more mature then my older kids when it comes to it that HE is the only one who i let fire anything without me being inches away !! aaannnndd until the other ones learn the ropes and rules they dont get to play with anything !!

I am jealous now
