Default My new 80 year old canoe !!

Just picked up this weapon last weekend...for those " no motor " trout ponds. It's a 1935 Old Town 17 ft Canoe. Just love the old school look...plus it will hold 800-1000 lbs

Must be kinda hard to paddle with 800lbs of trout on board :<0) When I was a kid it seemed like I was always somewhere there was a canoe or flat boat handy. Miss that.

    That is a cherry.

That is a great piece of history. They will, with proper care, last for a loooong time.
