Hog roast
To celebrate my birthday this year I decided to roast a hog. I ordered an 80lb pig from the local Amish farmers market. My family and friends came together to help me. A little charcoal and a lot of apple wood was used to achieve this wonderful red color after a good dry rub. There's nothing like this and cold beer. What a great day!
