    Gave up the high cost of low living myself several years ago...never been better.

    I have my BP taken every time I donate blood and at the most recent donation it was 120/70. Smoked for 25 years and gave up around 10 years ago.

    My father had a angiogram last week and the likelihood of him having to have a valve replacement or a bypass is pretty much on the cards.
