Well, more west than north but I can sympathize with your buddy from the Soo. You had to mention Mel Lastman calling the Army out, we still chuckle when someone brings that up.

I was chillaxing on a beach in Mexico when that happened, the only channel in the room was CNN Latino, and I watching APC's storming through the streets of my hood, and actually thought the resort was having one on with the Canadian guests that were there.

Some people have all the luck. Unfortunately we can't count on the military getting here in a snow storm over the dangerously poorly maintained highways up here after the province decided to privatize winter snow clearing.

Love that vid and Rick Mercer stuff in general.
