I did one 15 years ago - was really uncomfortable, they kept bothering me, prodding me, really p$ssed me off, so an hour before it was over, to get my revenge, while pretending to sleep - I wet the damn bed - as I left I thought, "he who laughs last...", was a pretty juvenile thing to do, but I'm ok with extreme pettiness on occasion! ;-)

Sleep apnea can be deadly therefore a sleep study is an important tool to make sure some of us wake up in the morning.

I went through this in 2003. They found I was waking up every 45 seconds. Not good.
I use a CPAP every night. My wife likes it. I don't snore anymore. If you don't care where you are, you are not lost.
