    I did one 15 years ago - was really uncomfortable, they kept bothering me, prodding me, really p$ssed me off, so an hour before it was over, to get my revenge, while pretending to sleep - I wet the damn bed - as I left I thought, "he who laughs last...", was a pretty juvenile thing to do, but I'm ok with extreme pettiness on occasion! ;-)

    So Phrank, I didn't know they administered sleep studies to 3 year olds...

    Sleep apnea can be deadly therefore a sleep study is an important tool to make sure some of us wake up in the morning.
    They are hellish to experience and seem pretty retro considering all of the advances in medicine.

    I went through this in 2003. They found I was waking up every 45 seconds. Not good.

    I use a CPAP every night. My wife likes it. I don't snore anymore.
