Of all my life there has been only one or two years with no dogs in the house. Although just dogs, they all have been dear family members. I can't put them in any particular order.
They have been played with, used as a guard, as we have also tried to train them some skills with search, messenger and agility.
I do not have pics of them all but here's few from say the last 25 years or so.

Another pics i found. Here's the first dog my wife and i had together. It's name was Kiri (on the right). In front of the first house we lived together back almost 30 yrs ago. There's also Donja, on the left.
Here's also another pic full of memories. Donja and our daughter when she was about 3 or 4 days old.

Here's my babies - Braunsen and Sadie Lou. I lost them both in 2014 and I understand everyone's pain. I loved those dogs more than most humans that I know. They are waiting for me at the rainbow bridge. We'll then cross over together!

These were all so sad to read but we all know life must go on. I had some tears reading these but I know you all have some happy memories like I do. I don't have any pics of my past dogs but I didn't have a dog for about 11 years because the dog I had prior to the one I have now was poisoned & it really tore me up. His name was Smokey & he was a blue chow. I raised him from 6 weeks until some lowlife people wanted to rip me off & my dog stayed indoors like the one I have now does. I lived out in the sticks & I had no neighbors so they figured I was an easy target. I then rented a warehouse & moved all my personal possessions that were worth anything into it. They came back & ripped me off for what they could get but they didn't get what they could have had.
I hope karma bit them in the ass! I have had dogs before also & when I think of them, I shed a few tears but I cherish all the memories I had with them!
