Does Bonsai have a maximum height of not and "minature" is relative to the full size tree?

Can you recommend a bonsai tool set ? I was looking on amazon but it looks like the are grouping similar item reviews in to the item I am looking at.http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VLNC9PO/..._sQrAyb315Y7Q7 this one has a few recent one star reviews but seems to be favored on other sites.

I only have a Sago Palm left. I kept forgetting to water them.

    Sago Palm Bonsai Tree

I haven't gotten any tools. I did get their tray with gravel for bonsai to sit in.

Not sure how to answer size question.

Wow I went and looked at that site and wanted to jump into the hobby. Of course my taste and the price ranges will prohibit that for sometime :<0) The trees there look really cool !

Why don't you ask the vendor whether the scissors pass the HHT?
Quite a few very negative reviews. 10 piece set for 50 bucks shipping included. That is <5 bucks each. Too cheap to be true IMHO.
