Thanked: 4826nice. Hot pink would have been a high contrast colour too but not my first choice. If you have fancy edges on you paver then the high contrast, low tone, natural colour grout will be awesome. Grey on grey looks a lot like concrete in the distances. Random is really hard to do because patterns is what our minds are most often searching for. Maybe I will get to see it next fall at the fall razor meet.

Thanked: 4206Nearly done, finally..
Grout and poly applied today.
Now to the final clean up.
Took the entire summer, but i still have time for a few BBQ GTGs in the fall I hope!
Now to clean the pool in time to close it.

Thanked: 4206Thanks gents.
Plants, lighting, maybe a cedar handrail along the steps still to do.
Then there's all the re-laying of the old flagstone on the upper landing for the firepit area, but that will all be on me over the next few months I think.
This was all supposed to be done before the shave GTG we had so I've lost 1 1/2 months of planned project time. Super happy with the final work, and the contractor, but lots will end up waiting till the spring now I think.
