The jade black, royal maroon and candy apple red are all S-Code models. He also has a wimbledon white one (not in the picture) that is not an S-Code. That made my day just getting to see them. Thought you gents might appreciate that also.
Well after all is said and done, you must realize that it's just a car! Now it may special and one of a kind, but at the end of the day it's still just a car! I don't get it, do I?

Seriously, though, if you're not one who appreciates performance vehicles then you may not even like that car.
It's work controlling something like that. If that's not your thing then it would be a hassle

    Little update...
New wheels on the Corvair. No adaptors needed. They bolted right on. Came off of a 84 Nissan 300zx Turbo.

They were sent off for restoration and i found them ready to bolt on. I did roll the fenders to squeeze the bigger tires under it. Went with 195/65 15 in rear and 185/65 15 in front. Tight fit but fills the wheel wells nicely with no rubbing.

    Those are funky rims Jerry.
    Never seen that pattern before.
They look pretty cool on that ole ride.

I like that set up Jerry, it looks eye catching without being too much.

    They go nicely, Jerry.

Who could guess their origin? Better get a spare!

15? That's amazing you got those to go with no rub. 2" is not a huge jump from 13" but enough that I'm surprised you don't get any rub. They look good. It's subtle.
