    It would seem to be tough stuff....
    Always heard about the pelts. Like currency back when.
    Nothing about the flavor, however.

    A mud-duck comes to mind.

Size:  13.5 KBAnother Fact.....these Stetson hats are made from Beaver.....bet yah didn’t know that ! The more “X’s” a hat has....means more beaver. I have a 4X hat ....they go to 10x I believe....more X means more money.

    A lot of folks ...crock pot the beaver...it has a beef taste .

    A lot of the poorer quality beaver pelts ,end up in the hatter market....southern beaver and late spring caught. The fur is sheared off the leather and felted like wool.....but beaver holds a shape far better than wool.

    Hey! We like Beaver's in Canada, they're our national animal!!!!

    Baby Seals on the other hand, f*ck em....can't stand them, but they make great winter underwear.....:-)
