I try always to look at things with a scientific logic, and then smooth out my understandings with compassion.
Both sides of the argument have merit, but I'd say that the prohibition/ war on drugs has been a colossal failure for obvious reasons that have been known for a long time.
Now how to dig our culture out of the hole?
It's not gonna be pretty. But history tells us that the pendulum swings back and forth.
Hey remember the commercial: "This is your brain, this is your brain on drugs..." you know, with the egg...?
MAN! When I didn't explode after my first hit, the whole anti-drug message became questionable...

Thanked: 2284And here's a pic of my government marijuana. I purchased 3.5 grams, of a low level THC strain, that has an equal part of CBD. So my specific "flowers" that I received have a THC level of 9.96% (which is considered very low) and a CBD level of 7.05% ( which is considered a medium/high amount.) Came in a sealed container, couldn't smell it at all, and it's also a child proof lid. I've had this for a week now and have yet to try it. Maybe this weekend I'll give it a go with the Mrs.

Thanked: 4827I may have to take the old hydroponic equipment out of storage. When I quit using it, I just could not toss it out. It should be fun to grow in the open. I have no idea who I will give the flowers to though. Maybe the neighbors chickens can have a party.

I let my wife drive (rare occasion), just got home and have terrible motion sickness. Ugh!
On the ocean when I worked it always took a while to adjust, when sailing though (not at work) I could use "non-conventional" medicine... nothing worked as well as cannabis.
But it was dose-specific. One puff would take away motion sickness very effectively. Two puffs would not work. Three puffs make it worse. Very strange.
On one really long trip, my father a strong opponent of anything cannabis, found out and freaked out. But my mom had such bad sea sickness that the standard array of medicine did not work.
As my dad prepared to dump my bag overboard, I told my mom I could take away her sea sickness...
The bag did not get poured out and my dad's been a cannabis supporter ever since.“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

There seems to be a dispensary on every corner in the Portland, OR area. I recently read that no more new land permits are being given out for new marijuana growing sites. Apparently, the market is now flooded with too much product and the price of cannabis has dropped dramatically in the dispensaries.

I'm a non-smoker and a moderate drinker, I would describe myself as someone with a non-addictive personality, personally, I am Pro weed and wish it was legal in all countries especially with the positive findings and feedback with the CBD oil, I would love to try some weed through a vaporising unit, maybe in the future I will give this a go.
