Thanked: 2209.
.
You never know when you might need to drive someone's car.
When I had my first heart attack my elderly mother drove me to the hospital.

If someone was having a heart attack do you think having a license would matter if no one else was around?
Also driving someone having a heart attack is not a recommended thing to do even though we all do it. When I had mine my wife drove me.
If something went south on the way what would your mother have done? It's best to call an ambulance. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

I believe that if you have the New Mexico's (Real ID/Driver's License) you have a chip--

Seems some states use a Gold Star in the upper right hand corner. Washington State seems to use a Gold Fir Tree in the bottom middle.
