    Default Hunters Easter dinner

Roast pheasant with brown and wild rice (just have to watch out for shot) and a couple glasses of Dow’s Reserve Tawny port.

Went to visit an old friend on Monday. Smoked some Ameretto Di Soreno and some Killarney (both house blends at Ted's Pipe Shoppe) in my Peterson Killarney. Got one of my friends interested in smoking a pipe and gave him one of the two I had with me. Next time I go over I'm taking my meerschaum, but he isn't getting that one lol.

Cedar plank salmon, the Macallan 18yr and a 1993 Cohiba lancero. I have one more left; I can't believe I got the box 15 years ago!

Had a couple Remy Reserves after a great dinner with the wife and kids. Perfect end to the meal (other than the lack of a cigar).

Venison backstrap in a crockpot. It's a sin not to grill backstrap, but the 45 degree weather and rain are keeping me inside and so I did the next best thing.
