    Been home roasting for about 6 yrs now. I'm the only one drinking coffee here and I only roast a few days worth at a time so I SO. Here's what I use and where I get it: Ethiopian Yergacheffe

    I've been roasting for years now.. But I don't believe in blending (Although I don't think you go to hell if you do). To me the taste of a good single origin bean can't be beat.

    I'm waiting on a shipment from Sweet Maria's now. I hope they hurry. I'm almost out... SRP might go down.. This could be bad...
