“Hay Lynn, Funny thing happened when your cigars arrived. There appears to have been several tiny fires and they all burnt up. However the box managed to survive so you can use it to store razors in.”
Edit...
Got an idea, pick up a zeepk razor, hone it up and use it as a guillotine cutter for your cigars!Last edited by cannonfodder; 02-29-2008 at 06:44 PM.

I have a 4/8 with faux tortoise scales lying around.
The blade is only 1,5" long (cleanly snapped in half), but the scales are full length. You could shorten the scales though, or even make scales with a big notch for fitting a cigar.
Anyone wanting to make a cigar cutter out of it just send me a PM and I'll send it for free.
I'd appreciate to see a pic and a proof of principle, out of curiosity about the feasibility of doing it.
EDIT: If I remember corectly it is solingen steel, so it should take a wicked edge.
EDIT2: I don't smoke and I never will, but I enjoy the smell of a good cigar.
EDIT3: apart from the fact that the blade is only 1,5" long, it is in very good condition, so you should be able to make a real looker out of it.Last edited by Bruno; 03-01-2008 at 10:28 AM.
