    Default New handles for my blades

    Just got these back from Dave, WOW!!

    Top knife is my Hiromoto AS Wa-Sujihiki with Ironwood burrl and ebony. The smaller one is a Watanabe single bevel ajikiri with rosewood and curley maple. Fantastic looking and feel great.
