Boy, what a week. We had a staff team building week in a cabin on a lake. 4 days on the water. I put a dent in the Oban 14 scotch not to mention La Aurora 1495, Joya de Nicaragua Antanos, Camacho 1962, Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve, 5-Vegas, CAO Black VR, CAO anniversary, Gurkha’s, Montecristo Media Noche #2 and the cream of the crop, my first Montecristo #2 Habana, what a glorious cigar and week.
Almost forgot, 10-cane rum. Super good rum made from first press cane sugar instead of the molasses byproduct. Try it if you get a chance.Last edited by cannonfodder; 06-24-2008 at 06:02 PM.

Thanked: 0Nice cigar Don. I have a Opus X that I am saving for when I (hopefully) get accepted to medical school.

As it's my birthday we've been out on the town for a few hours. Started at a new Micro-brewery and tried quite a few of their beers including a black lager that has a Mocca taste to it and doesn't taste like lager at all, moving on to a Mango Ale that was surprisingly nice. Not too sweet and had a nice bite in the tail.
We then ambled over to the Hard Rock Cafe where we had ourselves a (still bleeding) 12oz Steak, accompanied by Hillbilly Iced Tea, Purple Haze and Rum chocolate malt shakes.
Spike has now retired for the evening leaving me to drink a bottle of Moet champagne all to myself. Whatever is a girl to do.............

Last Monday was the National Day in Quebec.
I started with a Fonseca Cadete with Bushmills whiskey.
Then a local beer: The Raftman; Ale brewed with whisky malt, refermented in the bottle.
Then some Heineken.
At the end, around 6 am, I was everything but sober.

Thanks Don. We had a standard non vintage, equivalent to $60. The evening was quite expensive but worth it as we don't get out very often with all our AD's to support and all, hehehe
