Thanked: 58I just got my first kilt in the other day for Tulsa's Scotfest. The Brown's were primarily from Ireland, so I got an Irish national tartan. My wife never thought she'd ever hear my kids say, "Daddy, your man skirt just came in the mail!".

Thanked: 58Ok! Allow me time to relish in the absolute glory of my own manhood and the accomplishments that only an inordinate level of testosterone affords. Last Saturday I competed in The Highland Games for the first time at the okscotfest in Tulsa. Although I'd just turned 40, they allowed me to throw with guys 2 levels above novice.....the "B"class. In 9 events total, I placed 2nd in four and 7th overall. I. Had. A. Blast! Granted, the entire right side of my body is still sore, but I've come to the conclusion that American men need to wear kilts everywhere and all the time.

Thanked: 983It's not a dress, it is so obviously a skirt!
Now I hate myself for having disparaged the most manly attire on the market...
