Yeah, that's why I don't get anything serious from Best Buy. It always sucks when you have to learn about how spineless a company is firsthand. Something I learned a long time ago was that paying a little extra for something in case I needed any customer service for it is always worth it.
Although, I will say that it's always funny to hear them squirm when you say the words "my attorney".
