The bugs may or may not help with the lather but they should make for a good protein facial.

    Smile Won't Bug You

Bugs probably will not hurt a bit, unless you mince up a stinkbug. Remember to install some screening over the openings in your system. Rainwater IS the only water I ever use for lather. I am a `born again' shaver after learning to do that. ANY old soap responds so well to the soft water. That alone allows me money to dabble with various breeds and species of razors.

Default Link to TWDB rain water harvesting manual

here is a link to the Texas Water Development Board's Rain Water Harvesting Manual

    http://www.twdb.state.tx.us/publicat...3rdedition.pdf

Rain water harvesting is not illegal in Wyoming, but if it has the potential to limit or hinder stream flow it will require a permit from the Wyoming state engineer and may fall into priority regulation with other water rights.

Here in London it used to be illegal to collect rainwater!!! Or at least you had to pay the local water company for a licence if you wanted to. It was effectively classed as stealing water from them. I don't know if they ever officially changed the rule, but I imagine there would be uproar if they tried to enforce it nowadays.
