Just got my concealed carry permit and I'm saving up my money for this Kimber Ultra Carry II w/ night sights and crimson lasergrip calibered in 45. ACP. It's under 5 inches in height and under 7 inches in total length.

I too prefer my SIG P220 for a carry pistol but being on the small side and living in Florida it's not real convenient. I do have a fanny pack holster for it but to me that's pushing the definitiion of concealed. Personally, every fanny pack I see makes me think they're carrying.

The Kel-Tec P-32 is great for this climate because of it's size and weight but I'm looking at either the Kel-Tec 9 mm or if I can come up with the bucks, the Walther 9 mm. I've no experience with either but I do know Walther is quality.

As far as sights - for a carry weapon to be used at less than 10 yards - they are irrelevant to me. My IPSC .45 has Bomar sights but it's carried in a holster. In my pocket the less to snag the better IMO.
