It doesn't get much cuter than that.
Sorry for your loss Doc, she was a beauty.
Obviously well loved & cared for, Doc.
Thank you all for your well wishes. I have had Basilio 14 years and Carmen had recently turned 13. She developed congestive heart failure and that appears to be the cause of death. She died in her sleep on her pillow, next to Basilio and at my feet while I was watch Sports Center. Not a bad way to go, but she is missed.
my house has to many dogs but we have a funny husky, lab mix that sleeps all day, and a German shepherd derp.
I have a blue heeler (now known as an Australian cattle dog I believe) X jack russel. He is almost 4 years old and I got him when he was 10 weeks old and he was skin and bone.

Doc, I just discovered this thread. I am so very sorry about your loss. As my sainted mother would have told you (RIP), I have been dog-crazy since I was old enough to crawl. I have had dogs all of my life (many different breeds) except when I was away at college. I have Cocker Spaniels now, and lost one three years ago (I rescued two of them from a kill shelter about 13 years ago). My remaining gal is still with me at 14, although blind now from sudden onset glaucoma. But she is still a sweetheart and does very well with just her nose and hearing without her sight, especially at her age. It is going to absolutely slay me when she goes.
My deepest sympathies for the loss of your best friend.
