Thread: More fountain pens!

Where do you buy your ink? I have heard a lot good about Pendemonium but the have very little in stock. I am looking for some noodlers in a good blue black bulletproof. I bought my pen from Richard Binder but he dosnt deal in ink and doesn't have as high of an opinion of noodlers as he does Waterman. Any other opinions of noodlers would be appriciated. I so far like the Pilot blue black in cartrige form for my vanishing point but would like something "bulletproof" for checks and such.

I love my Noodler's

I have and use regularly Noodler's Black, Noodler's Heart of Darkness, Blue, Dr. Zhivago, Air-Corp. All are very bullet proof. I've test soaked them for 12 hours, I've soaked them in bleach and Alcohol and all were great.

I also have Army, nice colour just don't use it much

Sailor's Black is really nice as is the Visconti Black, Pilot black is pretty good too

Merlen Black is not so black to me.

Pendemonium is a good place but unfortunately they can't afford to have stock so it sort of makes them useless if you want to buy anything.

There's Pen City, Swisher's, Fountain Pen Hospital, Art Brown and other that sell Noodlers and have stock, the only bad thing is you can't get the exclusive Pendemonium colours such as the popular Legal Lapis.

Keep an eye at Pendemonium or give them all call they are good to deal with and usually stocked something might be up????

They were on Fountain Pen Forum and said due to the economy they can't afford stock and such. They have been out of stock for almost 6 months on most things. Its to bad I would love to order stuff from them.

here is my latest purchase. its a 5280 carbon fiber to replace my cross Townsend. The cap has a magnetic closure, and it has a nice heft to it. I just bought it last night.
