Java junkie here...love dark roasts..full city or darker. African and Indonesian beans preferred, although some nice Brazil beans add a lot ot my espresso blend.

I collect coffee making stuff and have a device for making just about every type/method.

In the mornings, hot water over a Melitta filter holder and filter. Very fine grind (not to espresso level though). Weekends, I'll use a Chemex glass carafe or maybe a Neapolitan flip stove top.

I'm on Nutrisystem now so no cream...

But to tell the truth, I don't really miss it that much. Splenda in stead of sugar...but I only like slightly sweet coffee anyway, so no biggie.

For all things coffee, try the Coffeegeek.com...sort of the SRP for Coffee lovers.

I don't drink coffee anymore, but if any of you want the best coffee in the world try Jamacian Blue Mountain. Its expensive ($40-50 a pound) but sooooooo worth it. Gevalia has one of the best examples of it. Most overroast it.
