Thanked: 3795When I was a kid, my primary source of income till I went to college was from gopher trapping. The bounty was collected from the front feet, thus a pocket knife was essential. The shorter blade of my knife was preferred as it was less likely to break when cutting through the bones. The longer blade was used for the occasional animal skinning and general farm stuff.
