    Default Snow Cones au Natural

It is a very short lived pleasure of mine during and immediately after a snow storm. I go outdoors and collect a big mug of packed fresh clean snow. Then I put juice on it and eat it with a spoon. I like the fresh squeezed juice of one lemon and one orange. It's also good with a little alcoholic drink poured over like a frozen Margherita or daiquiri. The snow gets messed up very quickly so these things have a short season. It's alot of fun to do with the kids too. Go to the grocery store and get a kids favorite juice concentrate, mix it with about half the water you'd normally use so it's strong when you pour it over the snow. One of the all time favorites in New England is a bowl of fresh snow wiith pure maple syrup and a splash of vanilla extract.

It's snowing here right now so I'm going out to get my first for this storm.

Oh, to quote the immortal Frank Zappa, "Watch out where the huskies go and don't you eat that yellow snow."
