    he claims to ba a collector but there is no history or documents on the knife i would not risk it myself

    Good point, if it's as rare as he claims it is he should provide some provenance for the piece. Unless it's something that any knowledgeable collector would recognize on sight, but then why would he be selling it on eBay?

    true if it were that rare a military musuem would love to have it or at least be able to provide some history such as the maker, year and number produced
