    It's simply great! A B-29 that has dummie pilots that jump out and all! And the X-1 working on jet power! Wow! Just wow! It made me feel like a kid... but I cannot but wonder just how dorky the dude is!!

    I wonder if the B-29 had auto-pilot for when he was controlling the X-1.

    He was brave flying the B-29 upside down so close to the ground, imagine how easy it would be to move the stick the wrong way!

    RC planes is something my dad and I used to build and fly many years ago. I can tell you from experience that the cost in materials alone on this very likely runs into the thousands. Man hours, I can't even imagine as these do not seem to be kit planes, but truly ground up homemade models.
