    Smile Wrist Watches

I sawr the pocket watch thread, but I'm guessing most of y'all wear your mobile clocks on yo' wrists. Though I could be wrong.

I wanted to take part in the other thread, but I don't own a pocket watch. I've worn a wrist watch for most of my life, and my arm feels very much like it's missing something when I'm not wearing one. Almost like a missing finger or hand.

I got my current every day watch 1 and 1/3 years ago:

That's the "Watches" thread. It might include any type of watch. This one is strictly for wrist watches.

Unfortunately I don't have a camera so no picture.

I have a Swiss Army that is square instead of round.
I have been wearing it since 2000.

I would definitely miss not having a watch strapped
    to my wrist.

I have a Speedy Pro that I bought 36 years ago. I still love it, although it doesn't get much wrist time now. It was just rebuilt, but I had the watchmaker keep as many original parts as possible. A classic timepiece.

I wear a Citizen EcoDrive Perpetual Calender Calibre 8700. Here's a stock pic of one http://www.creativewatch.co.uk/pimages/bl8000-54l.jpg

    Yeah, it worked!

I really like your watches. I've been wanting to get a nice Seiko to wear, actually. My Grandfather's stainless Seiko Automatic was passed down to me (no Pulp Fiction-esque prison camp stories, but he did get it while flying to the Pacific in the service), though due to the decades it spent my Grandma's dresser drawer, it is now quite inaccurate. I'll have to take it in and get it serviced eventually. I'd also feel more comfortable making a more modern Seiko a daily-wearer rather than an old watch like that. Any suggestions for a nice, sturdy, moderately priced one?

I wear a Citizen eco-drive powered by solar...

I'll post a picture later. I can't get one online.
