Nope, must be square, pale yellow translucent and encrusted with sugar, then I'm addicted!

    What is this?

This is a Gyro. I love them. Greek food. Lamb and beef "loaf" in a pita with onion, tomato, and cucumber yogurt/sour cream type hybrid.
    I had 4 last week.

I could eat four right now if I had a place to get 'em.

Not exactly an addiction, but I sure do get a craving now and then.

Love Gyro's (yee-ro's). For me it's all about the pita that the joints use. It's gotta have good real Greek pita bread, with some seasoning on it.

Tzatziki sauce is (in my opinion) what makes the gyro.
