During the first week of the 2009 Tour de France I read that Lance Armstrong was drug tested twice in one day. He passed those tests and all of the other tests he had to take during the race, but his superb performance at his age after a long layoff was bound to provoke demands for extra testing.
There will probably always be dopers who find ways to beat the tests but so far there is no proof against Armstrong.

Winning seven Tours is truly an amazing thing. But no less significant an accomplishment is his own personal battle and support for others in fighting cancer.
