Here is a great software straight from Microsoft for resizing pictures.

You can also upload your pictures to Flickr if you have an account there and then point to them in your thread.

On the right side of the page the program is called image resizer.
After installing go to your pictures and right click and you have a choice of small, medium or large.
It will add your choice of size to your folder without messing with your original image.

Hadn't considered it but I'm sure it'd work. Heck, you could get a surplus canvas sling for a couple bucks and use that in place of linen. You'd have to be a little more careful--I think they're an inch and a quarter wide.
Plus a good sling (like a Turner Saddlery or Les Tam) runs about $45.

If you are frustrated by ridiculous gun laws, Please vehemently complain to your legislators. Jimmyhad tells us he has difiiculty with ammunition at his local facility. This is sad and is readily traceable to your legislators.
Stop voting for incumbents. This philosophy readily eliminates the term limit argument. Do it!!! Get your friends and neighbors involved. Do it!!!!!
