I'll bet the M41 is a lot easier to field strip than my 22/45 MkIII!!! Even when following the instructions and watching a YouTube video on the procedure, I never dropped as many F-bombs as I did reassembling the pistol. It got easier with successive fieldstrips, but it is unnecessarily complex to reassemble.
None of those wheelguns has seen anything other than a target. I just like the challenge of shooting a magnum revolver accurately since we know the recoil from them wears the shooter down quickly, especially with that S&W 500. And going from 300g bullets on the 44 atop a max charge of H110, the 500 had less of a perceived kick than anticipated.
