Awesome! Did you do any picking in Burgundy? How fun!

I've had a number of Guigals... very good! I recently met a fairly young winemaker from the Cotes du Rhone region who produces under the label Rouge-Bleu. The 2007s are really something and around $15!

When I have a house and money (student still!) I will certainly have a bigger aquarium and a bigger wine cellar : )

We didn't pick. But we did stop and taste...from Baune to Montrachet Puligny. The Montrachets were fantastic....also expensive. Later we travelled to the Dordogne region and consumed very nice Cahors and other very inexpensive regional wines.
This guy is a 17th generation grower....the same few rows for all those many years.

A few hundred isn't a big collection? Now I feel like a yokel...
