I have been moving away from Hip Hop as of late. Although I am a die hard Hip Hopper I have grown a bit bored with the new artists. But I have gotten into alot of relaxing jazz. Very somber, beautiful albums I can't stop listening to these three. I highly recommend you all pick them up or sample them on ITunes.
Bill Evans and Jim Hall- Undercurrent
Stan Getz- Focus
Jim Hall- Concierto
also a old Hip Hop reissue. Don't sleep on it!
The Large Professor- The LP

Thanked: 1I like many of you have some eclectic tastes (I feel) and have been really enjoying the following bands/songs:
Volbeat-Still Counting (Danish rock band, really cool)
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros-Jade (folksy, Bob Dylan-esque) all of their songs are good.
Old Crow Medicine Show-I have been listening to them for a few years but are alway in my rotation. O.C.M.S is an amazing album.
Jack Johnson-Great island inspired music, very relaxing
Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver-amazing bluegrass
Lots of classical, I really like Handel, Brahms, and Beethoven
