    Default Engaged, finally

    My fiance and I have been together two years today, and today she happily accepted upgrading her title from girlfriend to fiance. We've been planning it for some time, but getting everything together has been quite a task, so today I arrived at her house with six chocolate roses, we went to church ( sermon was on anxiety, funny that) after that it was to an old family friend's house for lunch, so they could get to know her better. Watched the last half of the superbowl at a buddies house (city was socked in with ice fog so that killed the scenic lookout idea) and finally home to her place with a heart shaped box made of chocolate with the ring in it. (any of you guys in canada Bernard Calebot is the man) she knew it was coming, but it was good. I'm happy, she's happy, her parents are happy, and when I tell my parents in the morning they'll be happy (it was too late at night to call their timezone) it's been a long time coming.

    Now to hunt down a full time job to pay for all this fun.... only gonna happen once, might as well make it special.

    Just wanted to share that with all you fine folks in internet-land, keep your lather thick and your blades sharp my friends!

    My deepest and warmest congratulations. This is one of the two biggest commitments and responsibilites (next is kids).
