Let raw applewood bacon sit in apple cider for an hour or two, take that and raw onion, and caramelize them together, dice it all up, fry it and scrambeled eggs.. Mix them. Serve with cream cheese or salsa -optional-

Or, as a very easy to make dessert, make Sopapillas... Take tortillas (mini tortillas work best) cut them into triangles (IE: into fourths or sixths) and fry them in olive oil until they turn golden brown, then dust with cinnamon sugar, and serve in icecream

Do a simple Kabob, only add a few new things... Like make it chunks of chicken, onion slices, peper slices, water chestnuts and hungarian sausage, and then thread bacon around everything in a continuous S through the kabob... Baste in honey or honey and BBQ, or Honey and Teriyaki, and then grill them up.

I like simple things that taste good... Hope that helps

This morning I fried up some italian sausage, removed it from the pan and then fried up thinly sliced raw potatoes and onions seasoned with salt and pepper. After the potatoes were cooked I added the cooked sausage back into the pan with the potatoes along with a couple of tablespoons of flour mixed into the sausage. Added some milk and simmered and stirred till thickened. I served this mixture over home made biscuits and served up with a side of home made applesauce. Good stuff!!

EDIT: Next time I'll use some fresh garlic in the creamed potatoes and sausage.
