    You did a great job of restoration, I can only imagine the "Before" pics! What do you muse about when you sit in it?
    I have a Koken marked strop that I take everywhere I travel. One would look good hanging on or about your chair.

    I hand sanded and stained all the oak. Sandblasted the metal and had it powder coated. then I had to take it to a friend to have it re-upholstered. If you look at the side of the chair on the old pic, you can see I also changed the wood carvings on the side.
