Thread: using an iphone?

my nephew told me something about "cloud browse" which is free on the apple app store and works to log into the chat site and such..enjoy!...is supports java and I think flash also!!

I think some of the guys are using Rooms to access the chat.

I'd like to figure out how to access chat with my blackberry.

Does it support the SRP forum or does a moderator/admin need to register it? I have Tapatalk but I cannot get SRP on it

I have used iRCHon to get into chat on my iPhone, and I had no problems apart form the fact that it's a PITA to engage in a conversation on that tiny keyboard...

Rooms works pretty well. Sicboater set it up for me in a few minutess while we were standing around at the Asheville get together last year.

tapatalk has to be purchased by the administrators IIRC. There are free ones for both iphone and bb (berryblab) the only thing is they have to be registered by the admin. Are you using free tapa or purchased tapa? The free tapa doesnt let you post from what i remember. The purchased tapa is only $3 though so its not the end of the world.

I thought both version (free and paid) need to be registered. I have the free because I wanted to see how it is before getting the paid one...but, if SRP cannot be accessed, then it would be a $3 waste (although minimal)

Sorry terrible wording. I meant there are other free ones available that offer full services. But yes, all of these have to either be registered or downloaded onto the server.

Do you know which ones?

Maybe a mod can register or download these onto servers...I am sure someone has though about this, but might have decided against due to logistical details/nightmares
