hehheh. sometimes that last snoot can be a doozy.

I know the rinse can make you feel better, breathe easier, however, I would not rely on it if I had any sort of medical condition. Afterall breathing is one of our most vital functions.

I do not mean to dispense medical advise. I have found this book to be especially interesting.

Pretty mild stuff in at the recommended dilution.

The CVS neti pot came with a plastic pot and 20 or 30 packets of salt and sodium bicarb mix. It suggested that new users only dissolve a half packet for each pot, and I used about a whole pot on each side. It's much less salty than I expected. I was thinking seawater but it's much more mild than that. Kinda looking forward to doing it again tonight. Does that make me weird?

Another victory for common sense. Oops, that sounds harsh. Apologies and all that. I'll consider myself punished.

By the way -- would that constitute some sort of a meatus misuse?
