Litto Gomez Diez Americano Maduro
I smoked a 7" by 44 ring "Park Avenue" Special Reserve, very nutty, smooth
and an easy Draw, great way to end one hassle of a day!!
Smoke On Dudes!!
tinkersd of SRP!
La Gloria "Serie N" - fantastic smoke for the trout stream. super flavor in a non jawbreaking size when your hands are busy.
Nicely aged Partagas Lonsdale. Very relaxing way to finish the afternoon.
Burned a La Veleza on the way home from work (come to think of it, I burned one on the way TO work as well.) This is a great affordable cigar that has definitely made my "Affordable Stuff That Works Really Well" list. I kind of wish the ring gauge was a bit bigger (it's 42) but can't really find any other fault with these stogies. At $29.95 for 2 bundles of 20 hand made Dominican cigars, you just can't beat it with a stick.
Trader Jack, it's a pretty cheap stick at $3 but for the price it was an amazing smoke, very easy draw and good flavor.
Swung by Thompson Cigar on the way home from work. Scored 40 Columbus (Dominican) cigars 20 Torpedos and 20 Churchills. They were my typical budget, < $1 a stick. The guy behind the counter offered me a couple freebies. Of course being a cheap bast..uh I mean budget minded consumer I accepted. I got out to the truck and not wanting to bust open my bundles, I went for one of the freebies.
Now, I've always been a bit of a romantic but as is the case with most guys, I've become gruff and synical in my old age. That said though fellas, I gotta say I'm in LOVE. The freebie in question was an H. Upmann, maduro, churchill that was absolutely borderline orgasmic. Not that I could ever afford to burn these as a steady diet or anything but holy bat turds that thing was delicious!
H UPMANN RESERVE MADURO CHURCHILL MADURO
Columbus Torpedo on the way home, not bad but I think I prefer the churchills (sumatra wrapper) a bit spicier and a bit fuller.
Today's selection a decent LA Flor Dominicana Gran Maduro #7, not bad but not my fav by far....
