Thread: What cigar did you smoke today?

Interesting cigars by Drew Estate. The cigar flavor is very similar to pipe tobacco.

looks like something I left in the bowl this morning, on a better note, had the Drew Estate Latte today, as a matter of fact I'm smoking it right now, Its a little lighter and sweeter than it's brother the Java.....IMHO

Really? that's two of you that don't like the boxed pressed, I kind of like them although I have found that sometimes your more likely to get a couple of plugged ones with them,as for cutting, you just have to have a big enough cutter that's really sharp, which shouldn't be a problem with this group....................IMHO

So you're saying we should "shave the cap" so to speak? I don't mind them,though I prefer standard rolled sticks. I just have to be careful when cutting is all. I love the Drew Estate Java , just wish I had someplace better to store it since it does fill the humidor/cooler with it's enticing aroma. I had a couple of my Ashton's pick up the scent and they were on a shelf above the Javas.

Had one of them Maker's Mark sticks last night. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. It wasn't a great smoke, but I have had worse. I'd give it maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10.

I have seen those and was curious. I might pick some up for an upcoming camping trip.

Was an old one but aged well. Delicious and woodsy like a good Cohiba gets with age.
Pretty even burn and huge ash 15 minutes in.

I did a raid in my desktop today and found these goodies: an old Fonseca no 1 (1999 I think, it was the last one from a box I bought 2000) and a Partagas EL 2001 Serie D 3 (I must have got it a trade way back, since it was in my desktop humidor). Both great cigars, enjoing the Fonseca as I write
