Tonight is my first time with Silver Flake, so I'm smoking it in my Tinsky B&B BL LE 2012 #5/28 with a little chianti.

I drove back to visit my parents today and puffed along on a cob full of Carter Hall. I really love this tobacco, and its pretty well become my go to smoke. I think i'm going to have to pick me up a new cob with the forever stem. Any suggestions on which are a little bigger?

Picked up a few ounces of "Broski", think that's the name. It's a loose type in the jar at the tobacco shop.

Also grabbed a pipe "BC 1027", idk but it smokes nice from what I can tell

My daughter came outside and said it smelled like marshmallows lol
I must say, a lot of people who kinda sneered when I mentioned a pipe and said they stink, seem to have changed their opinion after smelling some different tobacco's. Seems they were stuck on what their parents/grand parents smoked daily and how it smelled.

"The Duke" has finally broken in or something. I hope the local tobacco shop has a tip that will work, otherwise I gotta find a way to hide the CA glue lines on it. Most of my sample tobacco's are gone, dont really matter because they are shop tobacco's without labels anyways. Morning Joe. And some cutting fun with one with the Cheness Tenchi, please ignore the wrap, it was not my work.

Guess you gotta click to play, ignore my n00b bad form etc.

The ability to set the vitamin N down for a bit and just resume is nice.
