That'd be the Kel-Tec KSG.
Dual tubes hold 7 rounds each and a selector switch let's you decide which tube to feed from.
Looks like a cool rig as long as it proves reliable!

I'm hoping that it will be reliable. If the first gen is "iffy" I'll wait for a revision. I have read that Kel Tec is actively sorting this weapon and has fixed it to fire 3" shells feeding from the tubes! The original design would hold 14 2 3/4" and feed them from the tubes, but would only allow a 3" round to be fired from breech. I like being able to feed the 3" shells burning thru 13 3" buck shot shells with that thing would definitely leave a mark!
