24 years of service
I had my retirement party this past Friday, at retirement on 1 Oct I will have served in the Army for 24 years and two weeks. Well at the party I was given a Marlow White/WKC NCO Sword on a plaque with some other stuff on it as well. I just wanted to share a picture of the fine sword I have been given which is made in Solingen Germany.

Thank you for the years in service to our country. You have helped the guys to keep on flying, and that, to keep us all safe. The sword is only a beautiful token compared to the duty that you performed.
