Congrats!!
It is such a great experience when the first litter finally arrives!
A great looking whelping box you got there.
You are bound for a few hectic, but wonderful weeks
I still smile when I think about my first Great Dane litter. Great fun! And Sara, the mother, was such a grand lady about the whole thing.
Enjoy!!Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

Congrats,
You will have busy yet wonderful weeks ahead.
Puppies are so great and it is so nice to watch them grow little by little, and how mother takes care and teaches them.
We've had puppies for few times and probably in year or two that same happens here again.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

Thanked: 1936Thank you! Kyra is my version of a daughter since I never had any children, so this is special to me. As long as she makes it thru whelping healthy I will be happy. Several healthy pups would be nice as well, especially a male. I intend on this being her first and only litter...wanting to keep a male. I also need some help offsetting the cost of the stud service.

As an old guy who will never have grandchildren, I well understand the concept of grandpuppies. I'm happy for you. I celebrated the birth of my first grandpuppies two months ago.
