Thread: Thanksgiving and the armed forces

Please take a few moments from your time today to remember the men and women in the service that are not with their family this year for the holidays, Let them be safe and return home to their loved ones soon.

My brother was recently assigned to Washington state. Our family lives in North Carolina, so we were pretty disappointed he had to go clear across the country. He is definitely in our hearts and on our minds this thanksgiving.

This goes double for those currently serving on active duty overseas.
