Thread: End of the day beverage

What are the favorites? For me, my year round go-to is a gin martini (though I will occasionally use vodka. Stoli 100 Proof, Ketel One, or Belvedere only). Bombay or Beefeaters, VERY light on the vermouth and usually a garlic/jalapeno stuffed olive. On my winter time list are the venerable Old Fashioned or Manhattan, both made w/ rye, of course. Summer might find me sipping a gin/vodka tonic or mojito (hand made. no mixes here)

I've read here that the simplest way is usually the best, I agree. To that end I submit my favorite end of the day beverage: Tequila.

Truth be told, it's my anytime of the day drink. Most of my drinks are mostly tequila. some of my drinks are all tequila.

Just 2 things-
Tequila, it's not for everyone (you know who you are).
Life's too short for cheap liquor.

Morning. Noon. Night. It's always sweet tea. Caffeine is my friend.

I like to have a white russian. If I'm not in the mood for that it's gotta be a good stout or a rum in coke.

If I've drank throughout the week then I normally have a cup of hot tea or just water haha

I just put down all beers for six months. I love those "Liquid Donuts" and it's starting to show. But if want to relax with a drink at the days end I pour premium vodka over ice and add a slice of cucumber. In the summertime it's voddy and lemonade.
