    Warmer - you might want to hook up w/ deanfarris. He graciously gave a bottle of his efforts and it was excellent. He also made some barley wine, which is really very interesting - in a good way. 'Complex flavor that literally changes (noticeably) as it goes from refridgerated temps to room temp.
